Prenatal Yoga for a Healthy Pregnancy
Yoga is the ideal form of exercise during pregnancy – and the Healthy Mom, Happy Baby DVD provides a wonderful way for you to enjoy the benefits of prenatal yoga in the comfort of your own home.

The practice begins with a gradual warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of physical poses designed specifically to benefit pregnant women. The practice concludes with 10 minutes of guided relaxation.
The sequence includes:
- Warm-up
- Arm strengthening
- Standing series (1 & 2)
- Balancing
- Back bending
- Hip opening
- Final relaxation
Healthy Mom, Happy Baby is led by Dr. Anna Davis and Lisa Black. Anna is a neurophysiologist, certified yoga instructor, and mother of two young girls – as well as the creator of the bestselling Bend, Breathe, and Conceive fertility yoga DVD. Lisa is a long-time yoga instructor, owner of two yoga studios in the Seattle area, and a proud new mother.
